Hi! I’m Jessica.
I’m a Toronto-based yoga and movement instructor, with a special focus on Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga.
Here you will find classes that balance strengthening and stretching, along with opportunities to challenge yourself and regular reminders to smile.
I believe in the deep connections among body, mind, and heart, and that you should always leave your mat feeling better than when you stepped onto it.
I am always working to honour and learn more about the ancient traditions from which yoga originates. And I am deeply grateful to my many teachers, their teachers, and their teachers’ teachers that I am able to share this sacred practice with you.
